Ecuador's Environmental Sham-e

The case against Chevron has devolved into a ludicrous circus, with a fraudulent "expert" making wild claims, espousing lies, and blatantly attempting to commit fraud. Chevron has nothing to fear from those American crook lawyers and the criminal conspiracy in Ecuador.
What about PetroEcuador's share of that 27 billion dollar award estimate? Or is it up to 27 gazillion now? They were the majority partner after all. No mention was made in any of the "independent expert's" reports of any culpability for the Ecuadorian government or their wholly owned oil company for the pollution that is current and ongoing. This litigation sounds more like a Saturday Night Live script than a serious threat to the Chevron shareholders.
The same tactics that cost an Ecuadorian lawyer a big fine for falsifying medical claims in an American court are now being attempted down south. I hope this case goes on for many more years for it's entertainment value alone. It seems to arrive at a damage assessment, the Ecuadorian legal team dreams very big, but in the end, there is no case, only subterfuge and criminal behavior on their part.
